"I've had the pleasure of training with Lisa for several months now in my home. Prior to that, I had been attending classes at the gym for years but realized that I needed more personalized one on one training if I was ever going to lose weight and build up my strength. During our first meeting, we discussed my goals and any medical issues I had and then started the workout that same day! While Lisa does challenge me more than I would if I was by myself, she always makes sure that I am comfortable with the routines. She moves through each workout with a mixture of new exercises and increasing levels of challenge. She knows what I am capable of even when I don't!! I saw a change in my body almost immediately and have already started dropping pounds and toning up my body. Throughout her sessions, she provides me with positive support and encouragement and closely monitors my posture and form. In addition, she is able to provide guidance on healthy eating habits and nutrition. Lisa is a true professional who has a passion for motivating and helping others. She is always on time for our sessions and will work to accommodate my schedule when I need to change days or times. Her dedication and spirit are overwhelming and I would highly recommend her without any hesitation. I not only consider Lisa my trainer, but I'm pleased to have her as my friend.
